RCKJNJ Clear License Plate Frame Covers, 2-Pack — Black Aluminum Frames & Anti-Yellowing Acrylic

RCKJNJ Clear License Plate Frames Covers are a two-pack kit that protects and displays standard US plates with crystal-clear acrylic shields paired with matte-black aluminum frames and full mounting hardware.

Keep your license plates visible and defended against road debris, grime, and fading while preserving a clean, factory look. This set combines anti-yellowing acrylic covers with durable aluminum frames, screw caps, pads and extra fittings so you can mount front and rear plates quickly. Everything you need arrives in one box, including a decorative engine start stop ring as a bonus.

How do these covers preserve plate visibility on the road?

The covers are made from premium, optically clear acrylic designed to remain transparent and resist yellowing over time. They sit flat over the plate to avoid glare and distortion, keeping characters legible for cameras and law enforcement.

• 100% transparent acrylic maintains full plate legibility
• Flat, non-reflective surface minimizes glare
• Resists yellowing so visibility holds up in sunlight
• Compatible with front and rear standard US plates

What hardware comes with the kit and is installation difficult?

The kit includes a full set of mounting hardware: M6 long screws, black screw caps, washers, and rattle-proof pads. Installation is straightforward for most vehicles with standard mounting holes; remove protective film from both sides of the acrylic before fitting.

• 2 acrylic covers and 2 black aluminum frames included
• 8 screws, caps, washers and pads for secure mounting
• M6 long screws suit the majority of car, truck and SUV mounts
• Simple screw-in installation with covered screw heads for a tidy finish

How durable are the materials and how do they protect the plate?

The aluminum frames use a 1.3mm thick construction with matte black powder coating that resists chipping and corrosion. The acrylic shield provides impact resistance against road grit and protects plate paint and registration stickers.

• Black aluminum frame with rounded corners to prevent scratching
• Heavy-duty construction for long-lasting use in varied weather
• Acrylic cover protects plate surface from chips and dirt
• Black screw caps conceal hardware and add a finished look

Are these license plate covers street-legal and suitable for my vehicle?

The shields are designed to be fully transparent and maintain the plate’s visibility, aligning with legal requirements in most US jurisdictions. They’re a universal fit for standard US license plates and can be used on cars, trucks and SUVs; however, check local rules to confirm compliance in your area.

• Crystal-clear design keeps registration numbers visible
• Intended for standard US plate dimensions
• Universal mounting hardware for most vehicle types
• Recommended: verify state-specific regulations before use
