Sashco Through The ROOF! Roofing Sealant — Clear 10.5 oz Cartridges (Pack of 12), Elastic UV-Resistant

Sashco Through The ROOF! is a clear, elastic roofing sealant that bonds to wet or dry surfaces and creates a long-lasting, UV-resistant waterproof barrier.

If you need a reliable roofing repair product that performs in challenging conditions, Through The ROOF! is formulated to stick to most roofing materials—metal, asphalt, wood, concrete, plastic and more—and can even be applied while it’s raining. Designed for durability and flexibility, this low‑VOC sealant resists yellowing and mold, tolerates wide temperature swings, and remains usable after storage in unheated spaces. This 10.5 ounce cartridge pack of 12 is suited to professional crews or homeowners tackling multiple repairs or larger projects.

How does this sealant perform when applied to wet or leaking areas?

Through The ROOF! chemically adheres to wet surfaces, letting you seal leaks mid-drip instead of waiting for dry weather. It cures to form a continuous, water‑tight membrane that resists runoff and further infiltration.

• Formulated to bond to damp substrates without primer
• Developed for on-the-spot leak repairs during rain
• Creates a flexible, tear‑resistant seal once cured

Will the sealant hold up to temperature changes and sunlight?

The elastomeric chemistry in Through The ROOF! flexes with expansion and contraction, reducing cracks and failures in freeze/thaw cycles or hot summers. It also incorporates UV resistance to minimize yellowing and degradation over time.

• Elastic formula maintains adhesion through temperature swings
• UV-resistant to reduce color change and breakdown
• Rated to outlast traditional asphalt repair materials

What surfaces and jobs is this 10.5 oz cartridge best suited for?

This cartridge size is convenient for spot repairs, flashing seams, vents, gutters and small patch jobs across a variety of roofing materials. The clear finish blends with most substrates and is paintable if you need to match a specific color.

• Works on metal, asphalt, wood, concrete, plastic and more
• Ideal for seams, fastener seals, flashings, gutters and vents
• Clear, paintable finish for discreet or cosmetic repairs

How does storage and handling affect the product’s usability?

The low‑VOC, non‑freezing formula remains workable after storage in colder environments, so contractors can keep cartridges in unheated trucks or garages without worry. Standard caulking guns dispense the 10.5 oz cartridges for familiar, controlled application.

• Won’t freeze—suitable for cold weather storage and winter repairs
• Compatible with manual or pneumatic caulking guns
• Low‑VOC formulation for cleaner handling and reduced odors
