Spanno Tools Heat Gun for Vinyl Wrap — 1800W 110V Car Wrap & Window Tint Kit with Squeegees and Gloves

Spanno Tools Heat Gun for Vinyl Wrap is a complete 1800W car-wrap kit with a powerful 110V heat gun, multiple squeegees, felt applicator, magnetic holders and gloves for precise vinyl and tint installations.

This kit is designed to streamline vehicle vinyl wrap and window tint installations by combining heat, control and protection in one package. The heat gun rapidly softens vinyl to improve conformance to curves and seams while a selection of squeegees and a felt edge prevent scratches and reduce bubbles. Included magnets and breathable gloves make solo projects more manageable and reduce handling errors, so both beginners and experienced installers can work faster with cleaner results.

How does the heat gun help vinyl conform to vehicle shapes?

The 1800W, 110V heat gun provides adjustable, high-output heat that makes vinyl more pliable, allowing it to stretch and hug complex contours without tearing. Controlled heat reduces the need for excessive stretching and minimizes memory in the film, improving long-term adhesion and finish.

• 1800W power for quick, consistent warming
• US-standard 110V plug for typical workshop outlets
• Softens film for easier stretching around curves and seams
• Helps eliminate surface wrinkles before final trimming

Which squeegees are included and when should I use each one?

The kit contains five squeegees with varying hardness and edge profiles to handle different wrapping tasks: firm edges for flat panels, softer and felt-edged tools for delicate finishes, and narrow shapes for tight seams and trim. Choosing the right squeegee reduces surface damage and speeds bubble removal.

• Hard squeegee for broad, flat areas and strong pressure
• Medium flexibility for mixed surfaces and mild curves
• Soft and felt-edge tools for gloss/matte finishes to avoid marring
• Narrow/specialty shapes for seams, seams and tight trim lines

What do the magnets and gloves add to a solo installation?

Magnetic holders secure the film temporarily so you can align large sheets without a second pair of hands, which is especially helpful on doors and hoods. Breathable, stretch gloves improve tactile control and protect the film from fingerprints, oils, and small scratches during detailed work.

• Strong magnetic grips keep film aligned during positioning
• Allow one person to manage large panels safely and accurately
• High-stretch gloves increase grip and prevent surface marking
• Gloves help you handle corners and edges without contaminating adhesive

Can this kit be used for both vinyl wrap and window tint work?

Yes — the combination of the heat gun, felt squeegee and fine-edge tools is suited to both vinyl wrap and many window tint installations. The components are chosen to protect delicate surfaces while providing the control needed to position and smooth film on both paint and glass.

• Heat gun suitable for softening wrap and aiding tint shrinkage
• Felt squeegee prevents scratches on glossy wraps and glass
• Varied squeegee hardness works across film types and surfaces
• Magnets and gloves aid alignment and prevent contamination
