Spanno Tools Vinyl Wrap Tool Kit — 2000W Heat Gun, 7 Squeegees & Precision Cutters for Car Wraps

Spanno Tools Vinyl Wrap Tool Kit is a complete set of professional-grade tools for installing vehicle and surface vinyl, including a 2000W heat gun, multiple squeegees, cutting blades, knifeless tape, magnets and protective accessories.

This kit gathers the most common hand tools and heat equipment used for car wraps, window tinting and general vinyl film work so you can prepare surfaces, cut precisely, stretch and set film without hunting for parts. Everything is organized to support both long panel work and detailed edge finishing, with gloves and cloths to protect paint and hands while you work.

How does the heat gun in this kit help with vinyl installation?

The included 2000W heat gun (110V, US plug) provides variable temperature control from 140°F to 1112°F (60°C–600°C) and two airflow settings, making it suitable for warming, stretching and shrinking vinyl to fit contours. A rotational temperature controller lets you dial in gentle warming for delicate films or higher heat for significant shaping.

• 2000W motor for fast, consistent heat
• Dual airflow settings for precision or power
• Rotary temperature control for gradual adjustments
• 1.8m cord for flexible reach around vehicles

What cutting and trimming tools are included for precise edges?

This set includes a vinyl cutter for large sections, a utility knife for straight cuts, a craft knife for detailed trimming, and knifeless tape to create clean curves without blade contact. Together they let you remove excess film, trim around emblems and cut complex shapes accurately and safely.

• Orange vinyl cutter for long, straight panels
• Utility knife for robust straight cuts
• Craft knife for fine detail work
• Knifeless tape for blade-free curve trimming

Which tools in the kit help ensure bubble-free, smooth finishes?

The kit supplies seven rigid stick squeegees, one softer stick, and two felt squeegees plus an air-release pin pen to eliminate trapped air and protect film edges. Using different squeegee shapes and the felt-backed options reduces the risk of scratching while smoothing film over delicate contours.

• 7 rigid stick squeegees for pressure and edge work
• 1 softer stick squeegee for curved surfaces
• 2 felt squeegees to prevent marring and swirl marks
• Air release pen for piercing trapped bubbles precisely

How does this kit protect the vehicle finish and the installer?

Included gloves and a French terry cloth protect paintwork and hands during stretching, heating and trimming, minimizing fingerprints and accidental abrasion. Magnet holders secure large sheets during layout so you can work hands-free while aligning film panels.

• Vinyl wrapping gloves to avoid fingerprints and cuts
• French terry cloth for final wipe-down and dust removal
• Magnet holders for stable panel positioning
• Plastic scraper to remove residue without scratching
