VEVOR 12V Portable Car Refrigerator 21.1 QT (20L) — Ultra-Light EPP Compressor Fridge with App Control & Battery Guard

The VEVOR 12 Volt 21.1 QT (20L) portable refrigerator is a lightweight, compressor-driven car fridge with app control, fast cooling and a three-level battery guard for reliable food and drink storage on trips.

If you need a compact refrigerator for road trips, RVs, boats or camping, this VEVOR model combines a true compressor cooling system with ultra-light EPP construction and smartphone control. It operates from 12V or 24V DC, cools well below freezing, and offers selectable Fahrenheit/Celsius displays. The unit is sized for snacks, beverages and short-term perishables, and its upgraded compressor and thermal insulation let it reach low temperatures quickly while resisting vibration and impact during travel.

How quickly will this fridge cool my groceries and drinks?

The upgraded compressor delivers rapid temperature drops so contents chill fast after loading. In lab-style conditions, the fridge can fall from typical ambient (about 68℉/20℃) to refrigerator temperatures around 32℉ (0℃) in roughly 18 minutes, shortening the time food spends in the danger zone.

• Fast-cooling compressor cuts down pre-chill time for drinks and perishables
• Supports refrigeration (32℉–50℉ / 0℃–10℃) and deep-freeze (-10℃ to 0℃ / 14℉–32℉)
• Switchable display between Fahrenheit and Celsius for user preference
• Suitable for rapid cooling after loading and maintaining setpoint temperatures

Will it run safely from my vehicle without draining the battery?

Yes—this VEVOR fridge includes a three-level battery guard to protect the vehicle battery from excessive discharge. The guard monitors voltage and will shut down or alert you according to the threshold you set, helping maintain enough charge to start the engine while powering the fridge during stops.

• Three adjustable battery protection levels to match vehicle and trip needs
• Works with both 12V and 24V DC electrical systems found in cars, trucks and RVs
• Low-power compressor design reduces continuous draw compared with non-regulated units
• Easy reset and user control through physical panel or app interface

How portable and durable is the unit for outdoor use?

The shell uses EPP (expanded polypropylene) for an ultra-light yet impact-resistant body, making the fridge easy to carry and more resilient to vibration and knocks on the road. It comes with a storage bag and compact footprint that fits under seats or in tight cargo spaces.

• Lightweight EPP construction for easier carrying and improved shock resistance
• Compact 21.1 QT (20L) interior capacity perfect for short trips or solo use
• Includes storage bag to protect exterior and simplify transport
• Designed to endure vehicle vibration and typical outdoor handling

What controls and temperature ranges does the refrigerator offer?

This compressor fridge supports precise temperature control from freezing to refrigeration ranges and allows you to switch display units between °F and °C. You can adjust setpoints on the integrated control panel or remotely via the companion app for convenient monitoring and changes while on the go.

• Temperature range: 14℉ to 50℉ (-10℃ to 10℃) covering freezer and fridge needs
• App control for monitoring and adjusting temps from a smartphone
• Digital display with clear readout and simple buttons for manual control
• Compressor-based cooling for consistent temperature under varied ambient conditions

Who this is for: Travelers, overlanders, anglers, RVers and weekend campers who want a compact, fast-cooling fridge that runs from a vehicle power source. It’s best suited for single-person trips, couples, or as a supplemental fridge for beverages and short-term food storage.
