YSIL 1" (25mm) ID fuel line hose is a 6.6-foot NBR rubber push-lock line engineered for automotive fluid routing with high temperature, oil resistance, and up to 300 PSI working capability.
This durable fuel hose combines a nitrile-butadiene (NBR) rubber compound with fiber cord reinforcement to deliver flexible routing for fuel, oil-cooling, PCV, transmission and other under-hood systems. Sized with a 1" (25 mm) inner diameter and 1.35" (34.4 mm) outer diameter, the 6.6-foot length is convenient for cross-platform installs, and the hose can be trimmed to fit custom runs. Performance ratings include a continuous working environment to 217 PSI, a maximum working rating of 300 PSI, and a burst pressure measured up to 1200 PSI, with operational temperatures from -40°F to 257°F (-40°C to 125°C).
The NBR rubber formulation is selected for resistance to petroleum-based fluids, oils, and heat typical of engine bays. The braided fiber reinforcement adds structural stability under pressure and reduces expansion when the line is pressurized, maintaining consistent flow.
This hose is rated for routine work up to 217 PSI and has a specified maximum working pressure of 300 PSI, providing a safety margin for many automotive applications. The burst pressure rating of approximately 1200 PSI indicates a high threshold before catastrophic failure, though actual performance depends on installation and fittings used.
The 1" (25 mm) inner diameter accommodates a broad range of fuel and oil flow requirements, and the 6.6-foot length gives flexibility for longer runs or multiple cuts. The hose is notably pliable, with a minimum bend radius of 4.7 inches (120 mm), making it simpler to navigate tight engine compartments without kinking.
Designed as a multi-purpose automotive line, this hose is compatible with fuel delivery, oil cooling circuits, PCV, steam or vapor routing, as well as transmission, clutch and some brake applications where NBR rubber is acceptable. It’s appropriate for passenger cars, light trucks, buses and many industrial machines that use petroleum-based fluids.
Who is this for? Installers, mechanics and DIY enthusiasts looking for a resilient, oil-resistant 1" ID fuel line with a long usable length will find this YSIL hose suitable for retrofit, repair and custom routing projects. It’s aimed at users who need a balance of flexibility, pressure capability and chemical compatibility for under-hood fluid management, but should be paired with appropriate clamps and fittings rated for the system pressure and fluid type.
Note: Choose correct fittings and clamps, inspect compatibility with specific fuels or additives, and follow all safety guidelines for pressurized fuel and fluid lines. The product provides engineering ratings as described but installation factors influence overall system safety.
Q: Can I use this hose with ethanol-blended fuels?
A: YSIL NBR is generally compatible with many petroleum fuels; check ethanol concentration and manufacturer compatibility before use.
Q: What clamps should I use with this 1" ID hose?
A: Use corrosion-resistant worm-gear or crimp clamps rated above the system working pressure for a secure seal.
