ZOMIYU Terminal Removal Tool Kit 30-Piece — Stainless Steel Extractors & Ergonomic Aluminum Handles

The ZOMIYU 30-piece Terminal Removal Tool Kit is a complete depinning set designed to remove delicate electrical terminals safely and accurately without damaging connector housings or pins.

This compact kit groups precision-engineered extractor tips, two ergonomic aluminum handles, and a clear storage case to streamline connector servicing for automotive, marine, motorcycle, truck, appliance, and hobby electronics projects. Built from hardened stainless steel and finished with laser-etched IDs, the tools give technicians and DIYers consistent control when releasing terminals from diverse OEM connector systems.

How does this kit protect fragile connectors during removal?

Each extractor tip is ground and polished to slide into terminal locks cleanly, reducing the need for force that can crack housings or bend pins. Using the correct-sized tip prevents accidental deformation and preserves connector integrity for reuse.

• Hardened stainless steel tips with polished edges for smooth insertion
• Multiple tip sizes to match terminal lock shapes and widths
• Laser-etched ID numbers to choose the correct extractor quickly
• Aluminum handles designed for steady torque without crushing pins

What components are included and how are they organized?

The set contains 30 items arranged in a labeled carrying case so you can identify tools instantly at the bench or on-site. A small wrench and round pin extractor are provided for secure tip changes and specialized extractions.

• 26 stainless steel extractor tips sized for common connector types
• 2 sandblasted aluminum ergonomic handles for grip and durability
• 1 tightening wrench and 1 round pin extractor for special tasks
• Labeled storage case with quick-reference layout and tip IDs

Which connectors and applications are compatible with the kit?

The ZOMIYU kit is designed to work with many popular connector families used in vehicles and appliances. While not every proprietary connector is covered, the included quick-reference chart helps match extractors to Molex, AMP/TE, Delphi, Deutsch, Harting, and similar series.

• Suitable for automotive wiring harnesses, sensors, and audio connectors
• Useful in marine, motorcycle, truck, and appliance electrical repairs
• Helpful for technicians swapping terminals during upgrades or diagnostics
• Reference chart guides tip selection for common connector types

How do I install and secure an extractor tip into the handle?

Attaching a tip is quick: loosen the handle screw with the included wrench, insert the selected tip fully into the slot, then tighten to hold it firmly for safe extraction. Properly securing the tip minimizes wobble and prevents slippage during terminal release.

• Loosen handle screw counterclockwise with supplied wrench
• Insert tip until it seats flush in the handle slot
• Tighten clockwise for a stable working tool setup
• Check laser-etched ID to confirm tip choice before use

Who this is for: The ZOMIYU 30-piece depinning kit is intended for professional auto electricians, mechanics, and serious DIYers who need reliable tools for terminal removal without damaging connectors. It's a practical choice for service shops, mobile technicians, restoration hobbyists, and anyone performing wiring harness repairs or upgrades where precision matters more than brute force.
