ZUYIYI Cordless Electric Grease Gun 12000 PSI — Makita 18V Compatible, 500cc Barrel & LED

The ZUYIYI 12000 PSI cordless electric grease gun is a battery-powered lubrication tool compatible with Makita 18V batteries that delivers fast, high-pressure grease flow for automotive and industrial maintenance.

This tool-only grease gun pairs with Makita 18V lithium-ion packs (battery not included) to give workshops and field technicians a cordless alternative to manual pumps. Built for heavy equipment and everyday maintenance, it combines a high-pressure motor, a large 500 cc barrel, dual loading options, and a bright LED for working in low light. The package includes hoses, couplers, and accessories so you can start servicing joints, bearings, and fittings right away.

How much grease pressure and flow does this cordless grease gun produce?

The ZUYIYI grease gun generates up to 12,000 PSI for concentrated, powerful lubrication and pumps grease at approximately 5.7 oz (170 ml) per minute. That combination helps push thicker NLGI #2 greases through tight fittings and long lines without frequent manual pumping.

• Maximum pressure: 12,000 PSI for heavy-duty applications
• Flow rate: about 5.7 oz/min for fast filling
• Works with NLGI #2 grease commonly used in automotive and industrial service

What loading options and capacity does it offer?

This model accepts both standard 17 oz grease cartridges and bulk filling thanks to a 56 mm bore and a 500 cc (17 oz) barrel — giving you flexibility for cost and convenience. The larger barrel reduces refill frequency in busy shops, and bulk loading lowers consumable costs for frequent use.

• 56 mm bore suitable for 17 oz cartridges
• 500 cc (17 oz) barrel for bulk or cartridge loading
• Compatible with NLGI #2 grease types

What features help reach tight grease points and improve visibility?

Two flexible hoses (35.4-inch and 11.8-inch), a metal extension pipe, and several couplers let you access hard-to-reach fittings and awkward angles. An integrated 1000-lumen LED with a separate switch illuminates the work area so you can see fittings and couplings clearly in dim or enclosed spaces.

• 35.4-inch flexible hose for distant or awkward fittings
• 11.8-inch hose and metal extension pipe for precise access
• 1000-lumen LED light with dedicated switch for low-light work

How ergonomic and durable is the design for field and shop use?

The grease gun is built for portability and repeated use: a non-marring foot base lets you rest it on surfaces without scratching, and a shoulder strap keeps the tool transportable between jobs. The included wrenches, lock coupler, plain coupler, and sharp nozzle support common maintenance tasks right out of the box.

• Non-marring foot base for stable, scratch-free resting
• Shoulder strap for comfortable carry during field service
• Accessory kit included: couplers, nozzles, wrenches, and manual
