EVIL ENERGY 10AN Straight Hose End Fittings, 4pc — 6061‑T6 Aluminum, 1,500 PSI Rated

EVIL ENERGY 4PCS 10AN straight hose end fittings are 6061‑T6 aluminum, 10AN (7/8‑14 UNF) straight swivel fittings engineered for stainless steel and nylon braided fuel hoses.

These four straight hose end fittings provide a reusable, high‑strength connection solution for custom fuel, oil, or fluid systems that use CPE braided hoses. Built from aircraft‑grade 6061‑T6 aluminum and sealed with a 37° AN angle, each fitting accepts 10AN braided lines and threads into 7/8‑14 UNF ports. The swivel design lets you align hoses without twisting the hose assembly, and the parts are rated for typical automotive and motorsport service conditions.

How will these fittings handle high pressure and temperature conditions?

The EVIL ENERGY 10AN fittings are designed to handle demanding environments: they’re rated to a maximum working pressure of 1,500 PSI and operate across a wide temperature range. While not intended for applications beyond those ratings, they are suitable for most automotive fuel and oil systems using braided hoses.

• Maximum working pressure: 1,500 PSI
• Operating temperature range: -65°F to 252°F (-53°C to 122°C)
• Sealing: AN 37° flare angle for reliable sealing
• Material strength: 6061‑T6 aluminum construction

Will these fittings fit my braided fuel hose and standard AN ports?

These straight fittings are made specifically for hoses with stainless steel or nylon braid compatible with AN style connections. The threaded side uses a 7/8‑14 UNF male thread, while the AN side uses the standard 37° flare, so confirm both the hose ID and mating port threads before purchase.

• Thread size: 7/8‑14 UNF (male)
• AN connection: 10AN with 37° flare sealing
• Compatible hose types: stainless steel braided and nylon braided
• Not compatible with non‑braided or incompatible profile hoses

How easy are these fittings to install and reuse?

The fittings feature a 360° swivel that lets the hose rotate independently of the threaded port during assembly, simplifying alignment and reducing hose twist. They are reusable and can be disassembled for maintenance or reconfiguration, saving time during installs and upgrades.

• 360° swivel design for easy orientation and alignment
• Reusable construction for disassembly and reassembly
• Lightweight but strong 6061‑T6 aluminum for durability
• Sold as a set of four for multiple connections or spares

What quality and safety considerations should I be aware of?

These fittings are manufactured from 6061‑T6 aluminum and rely on correct hose preparation, proper flare/assembly technique, and torqueing to achieve a reliable, leak‑free connection. They are well suited to performance and custom plumbing tasks but require appropriate matching components and installation practice.

• Use proper hose end installation tools and clamps as recommended
• Verify thread engagement and torque to avoid leaks
• Inspect O‑rings, ferrules, and braided hose condition periodically
• Not a substitute for fittings specified for extreme or off‑spec service

Who is this for? These EVIL ENERGY 10AN straight hose end fittings are aimed at mechanics, fabricators, motorsport builders, and DIY enthusiasts who work with AN‑style braided hoses and need a durable, reusable straight swivel fitting. If you assemble or modify fuel, oil, or fluid systems that require compact straight connections and easy hose routing, this four‑piece kit gives you reliable AN sealing and the flexibility to orient hoses without twisting or removing assemblies.
