EVIL ENERGY Silicone Vacuum Hose Kit 5FT — 4 Sizes (5/32"–3/8") Black, Heat‑Resistant Durable

EVIL ENERGY's kit supplies four 5-foot silicone vacuum hoses in 5/32", 1/4", 5/16" and 3/8" diameters for reliable automotive and small-engine vacuum plumbing.

This compact set gives you four lengths of food‑grade silicone vacuum tubing built to withstand a wide temperature range and resist collapse under vacuum. The hoses are FDA-compliant silicone with a sturdy 3mm wall, rated for repeated use in demanding under‑hood and workshop environments where flexible, heat‑resistant vacuum lines are required.

How do these hoses perform under heat and pressure?

The silicone construction endures extreme temperatures from -40°F to 428°F (-40°C to 220°C), keeping flexibility in both frigid and hot conditions. Working pressure holds at 43 PSI with burst pressures specified for high temperature (100 PSI) and room temperature (130 PSI), making them suitable for many boost and vacuum tasks.

• Temperature tolerance: -40°F to 428°F (-40°C to 220°C)
• Working pressure: 43 PSI
• Burst pressure: 100 PSI at high temp, 130 PSI at room temp
• 3mm wall thickness prevents collapse under vacuum

Which sizes are included and what applications are they best for?

The kit includes one 5ft length each of 5/32" (4mm), 1/4" (6mm), 5/16" (8mm) and 3/8" (10mm) inner diameters, covering a broad range of common fittings. These diameters fit many vacuum ports, turbo and boost lines, vacuum actuators, fuel vapor lines and workshop vacuum setups.

• 5/32" (4mm) — small vacuum ports, sensors
• 1/4" (6mm) — general vacuum lines and accessories
• 5/16" (8mm) — medium hoses, fuel or EVAP lines
• 3/8" (10mm) — larger boost or intake plumbing

Are these hoses durable and suitable for automotive use?

Yes. The 3mm wall thickness and pure silicone composition resist kinking, collapse and degradation from heat, making them appropriate for under‑hood routing. Being made of FDA-compliant silicone also means the material is chemically stable and suitable where cleaner, non-reactive tubing is required.

• Pure silicone material for chemical stability
• 3mm walls reduce collapse risk under vacuum
• Flexible for tight routing and vibration resistance
• FDA-compliant grade for safer handling and compatibility

How do I select and install the right hose from the kit?

Match the inner diameter to your existing port or fitting with a slight interference fit; clamps or spring clips can secure the connection. Cut the tubing squarely, slide it fully onto the nipple, and use appropriate clamps rated for vacuum or pressure as needed.

• Measure port ID and choose matching hose size
• Trim cleanly and test-fit before final clamping
• Use clamps for boosted or pressurized lines
• Route away from hot exhaust and sharp edges

Who is this for? This EVIL ENERGY silicone vacuum hose kit suits DIY mechanics, tuners, hobbyists and professional technicians who need an assortment of reliable, high‑temperature vacuum lines. It's useful for vehicle maintenance, turbo and boost plumbing, vapor and vacuum repairs, and any workshop project that requires flexible, non‑collapsing silicone tubing in multiple diameters.
