This roller fairlead is built for off-road users who run steel cable on compact winches. Constructed with powder-coated iron brackets, zinc-coated rollers and corrosion-resistant fasteners, it replaces worn fairleads and helps prevent cable fraying when pulling at angles. The center bolt spacing is 4-7/8" (124 mm) and the fairlead fits most 2000–3500 lb UTV/ATV winches.
The rollers create a low-friction pathway so the cable slides smoothly instead of rubbing against a fixed edge. That reduces heat and abrasion at the contact points, cutting down on premature frays and kinks.
This model is designed for a 4-7/8" (124 mm) center bolt pattern and has overall dimensions of 6.3 in (L) × 2.9 in (W) with 0.56 in space between rollers. It matches most compact UTV/ATV winches rated 2000–3500 lbs but always confirm your mounting hole spacing before purchase.
The fairlead uses robust materials and corrosion-resistant coatings to withstand wet and dusty environments. The bracket is heavy-duty iron with a powder-coat finish while the rollers are zinc-plated and the bolts carry a dacromet finish for improved rust resistance.
Installation is straightforward: the fairlead mounts to the winch using the included bolts and hardware, and fasteners are tightened with an Allen wrench. It’s supplied as a single unit with the necessary screws and bolts, so you can replace a worn fairlead quickly and get back on the trail.
Who this is for: Riders and outdoor enthusiasts who use steel cable on compact ATV/UTV winches and want a durable, low-friction fairlead to extend cable life. It’s ideal for people running winches rated 2000–3500 lbs who need a corrosion-resistant, easy-to-install replacement that handles angled pulls during recovery and utility work.
Q: Is this fairlead compatible with synthetic rope?
A: No, this roller fairlead is designed for steel cable; synthetic rope requires a hawse-style or soft-friendly fairlead.
Q: Do mounting bolts come with the fairlead?
A: Yes, the package includes screws, bolts and mounting hardware; an Allen wrench is needed to tighten them.
