Ucreative Titanium Exhaust Heat Wrap 2" x 50' Roll — 1800°F Continuous, Fade-Resistant

Ucreative 2" x 50' Titanium Exhaust Heat Wrap is a single-roll, high-temperature header wrap designed to contain and deflect extreme heat from exhaust pipes, headers and turbo plumbing while resisting color fade.

This 2-inch by 50-foot roll of titanium-colored exhaust wrap from Ucreative provides a durable, heat-resistant barrier for universal automotive and motorcycle exhaust applications. Rated to withstand direct temperatures up to 1800°F and intermittent spikes to 2500°F, the fabric helps manage under-hood and exhaust-system heat, reduces radiant temperatures, and can contribute to improved routing and component longevity when installed correctly. The titanium finish remains stable and resists fading, giving a clean, engineered look to performance and daily-driver builds.

How will this wrap affect exhaust temperatures and surrounding parts?

Wrapping exhaust headers with this Ucreative titanium fabric reduces radiated heat and keeps more energy inside the pipe, which lowers engine bay temperatures and helps protect wiring, hoses, and nearby components. Results vary with pipe diameter, routing and installation technique.

• Rated for 1800°F continuous heat and 2500°F intermittent spikes.
• Reduces surface temperatures of headers and nearby engine bay areas.
• Helps shield heat-sensitive components and trim from radiant heat damage.
• Can lower felt heat at exhaust routing points and tight engine compartments.

What are the key performance and durability features of this roll?

This wrap combines high-temperature tolerance with a titanium-colored finish that resists discoloration and degradation under repeated heating cycles. It’s cut 2 inches wide for ease of routing in tight spaces and supplied as a 50-foot length for multiple pipes or long runs.

• Universal fit for headers, downpipes, turbo uppipes, and manifold sections.
• Two-inch width simplifies wraps around tight bends and small-diameter tubing.
• Titanium color stays consistent; resists fading from heat exposure.
• Long 50-foot roll suitable for multiple cylinders or multiple projects.

How should I install the Ucreative titanium heat wrap safely and effectively?

Wear gloves and a respirator or mask during cutting and wrapping to avoid skin irritation and inhalation of fibers. Overlap each turn of the wrap by about 1/4 to 1/2 of the width for a secure barrier, and finish with stainless steel ties or clamps to hold the wrap in place through thermal cycles.

• Use gloves and a mask during handling and installation.
• Overlap wrap 25–50% per pass for full coverage and stability.
• Secure ends with stainless-steel ties, clamps, or exhaust tape rated for high heat.
• Trim and tuck ends neatly to prevent fraying and shedding during use.

Will wrapping affect exhaust flow or performance?

Wrapping itself does not change internal exhaust diameter, but by retaining heat inside the pipe it can increase exhaust gas velocity, which may improve scavenging on tuned engines. Any performance effects depend on engine tune, manifold design, and system backpressure.

• Wrap keeps gases hotter, which can marginally increase gas velocity.
• May aid scavenging on performance-tuned engines and headers.
• Does not physically narrow pipe bore when installed properly.
• Monitor for any changes in backpressure on sensitive setups.

Who is this for: The Ucreative 2" x 50' Titanium Exhaust Heat Wrap is intended for DIY mechanics, tuners, motorcycle and automotive enthusiasts, and professional shops wanting a robust, attractive heat barrier for headers, downpipes, turbo plumbing and custom exhaust projects. It’s suited for anyone needing a compact-width wrap for tight routing and a long roll for multiple pipes or repeated use. Always follow safety precautions during installation and consult engine or exhaust specialists for performance-sensitive systems.
