Yuesstloo Engine Timing Tool 303-448 is a three-piece locking kit that secures camshafts and the crankshaft so you can set and retain correct timing on Ford 5.0 Coyote V8 engines (2018–2023) and several Ford V6/V8 engines.
This timing tool set was designed for professional mechanics and knowledgeable DIYers who work on Ford Modular-style engines and Coyote V8s. The kit includes two camshaft holding fixtures and a crankshaft positioning tool that replace common OEM service part numbers and aftermarket references such as Rotunda 303-448 and T93P-6303-A. Built from hardened steel with a black-oxide finish and supplied in a compact case, the tools hold valve train components in their correct orientation while you remove or install timing chains, cylinder heads, or other timed components.
The pair of camshaft alignment plates clamp the camshafts in their correct phase so the valves cannot move while the timing chain is off. That prevents accidental rotation and makes reassembly straightforward. Use both cam tools together to lock both banks before proceeding to remove the chain or heads.
The crankshaft tool locks the crank at top dead center (TDC) by engaging the engine cover dowel pin and the handle slot. With the crank locked, you can verify piston position, align timing marks, and safely reassemble the timing system. It’s essential whenever you need an exact TDC reference or must prevent crank rotation during timing service.
The kit is machined from high-strength steel and receives a black-oxide finish for corrosion resistance and wear protection. It ships in a molded carry case with a pair of gloves so parts stay organized and hands remain clean. The construction emphasizes durability and repeatable alignment across multiple jobs.
Please note: the engines covered by this kit are not freewheeling; do not rotate the crankshaft or camshafts when the timing chain is removed or while installing cylinder heads. Incorrect rotation after a timing chain jump can cause valve and piston interference and may require cylinder head removal to repair.
Who is this for? This Yuesstloo timing tool set is aimed at professional technicians, experienced home mechanics, and performance shops that service Ford 5.0 Coyote V8 engines (2018–2023) and related Ford V6/V8 models. If you routinely perform timing chain work, head service, or full engine rebuilds and need a reusable, accurate locking solution, this kit provides OEM-equivalent fit and the portable convenience needed in a busy bay or garage.
Q: Will this kit fit my 2019 Ford F-150 5.0 Coyote V8?
A: Yes. The Yuesstloo 303-448 kit is made for 3rd-generation 5.0 Coyote V8 engines from 2018–2023, including 2019 F-150 models.
Q: Can I rotate the crank or camshafts while the timing chain is removed?
A: No. These engines are not freewheeling; do not rotate crank or cams with the timing chain off to avoid valve-piston damage.
