Beleeb RV Skylight Replacement Dome 18×26 Flange, Fits 14×22 Openings — Smoke Polycarbonate Low-Profile

Beleeb's smoke-colored RV skylight replacement is a universal outer dome sized to fit standard 14" x 22" openings while using an 18" x 26" flange for secure mounting.

This skylight dome is engineered as a durable, ready-to-install outer cover for camper, trailer, fifth wheel, motorhome, and truck roof openings. Constructed from impact-resistant polycarbonate, the smoked lens reduces solar glare and helps moderate heat while maintaining a lower-profile design that sits closer to the roofline. The package includes pre-drilled mounting holes, screws, and clear installation guidance so you can replace a cracked or faded dome without specialty tools.

Will this dome fit my RV’s skylight opening?

This outer dome is designed to match the common inner opening size of 14" x 22" while the exterior mounting flange measures 18" x 26"—verify these two measurements before purchasing. Note that this unit is a lower-profile outer dome, which may not pair with some taller inner domes or trim rings.

• Outer flange: 18" x 26" for roof mounting and sealing.
• Inner dome footprint: 14" x 22" to align with standard interior openings.
• Depth: approximately 3.3"—measure for compatibility with existing inner domes.
• Always measure both roof opening and inner trim before ordering.

How durable is the polycarbonate construction?

The skylight dome uses high-strength polycarbonate to resist impact, cracking, and common weathering agents like UV exposure and temperature swings. Polycarbonate is significantly tougher than standard acrylic, giving longer service life in mobile applications where vibration and road debris are factors.

• Impact-resistant polycarbonate for chip and crack resistance.
• Engineered for outdoor exposure and repeated temperature cycles.
• Smoke tint provides additional solar filtering to protect interiors.
• Maintenance is simple—clean with mild soap and soft cloth to avoid scratching.

How easy is installation and what’s included?

The dome arrives pre-drilled and includes twenty screws to fasten the flange securely to the roof flange or curb. Instructions are provided and most installers will only need a drill or screwdriver, sealant, and basic hand tools; professional installation is optional if you prefer.

• Comes with 1 skylight dome and 20 screws for mounting.
• Pre-drilled holes speed alignment and attachment.
• Step-by-step guidance included; silicone or roofing sealant recommended.
• Wear gloves when unpacking—the box edges may be sharp.

What does the smoke color do for interior comfort?

The smoke-tinted lens reduces direct sunlight intensity and diminishes glare, creating a more comfortable interior light level compared with clear domes. While it does not eliminate heat entirely, the tint helps moderate solar gain so cabin surfaces receive less direct, blinding light.

• Filters strong sunlight and reduces interior glare.
• Helps lower perceived brightness without blocking all daylight.
• Available in smoke, clear, or white options for different light preferences.
• Maintains visibility while softening harsh sun rays.

Who is this for: This Beleeb outer skylight dome is aimed at RV owners, van converters, and mobile-living enthusiasts needing a robust, ready-to-fit replacement for a standard 14" x 22" interior opening. It works well for do-it-yourselfers who want a straightforward swap with pre-drilled hardware, and for fleet operators who need consistent, durable skylights across multiple vehicles. Verify your opening and inner-dome clearance, choose the smoke tint if you want reduced glare, and follow basic roofing-sealant practices during installation for a durable, weather-tight result.
