The Beleeb RV Skylight Replacement 18" x 26" is a universal outer dome designed to fit standard 14" x 22" RV skylight openings and bring durable, clear daylight into campers, motorhomes, trailers, and fifth wheels.

Whether you're renovating an older camper or replacing a cracked dome after a road trip incident, this clear Beleeb outer skylight offers a simple, reliable upgrade. Built from impact-resistant polycarbonate and supplied with pre-drilled mounting holes and screws, it prioritizes strength and fast installation while preserving interior brightness. Below you'll find concise answers to common buyer questions to help confirm fit, durability, and installation needs.

Will this skylight fit my RV's existing 14" x 22" opening?

Yes — the dome portion measures 14" x 22" x 3.3" and the outer flange is 18" x 26", making it compatible with the industry standard 14" x 22" opening used on most RVs. Confirm the inner dome dimensions and that your inner dome clearance accommodates a lower-profile outer dome before purchasing.

• Inner dome (dome dimension): 14" x 22" x 3.3"
• Outer flange dimension: 18" x 26" for secure sealing and screw mounting
• Designed for the common 14" x 22" factory cutout
• Check inner dome depth if your RV has a layered skylight assembly

How durable is the Beleeb polycarbonate dome against weather and road debris?

The skylight is molded from high-quality polycarbonate known for impact resistance and long-term outdoor performance. It resists hail, flying gravel, and UV exposure better than basic acrylic domes, making it a practical choice for consistent highway use and variable climates.

• Polycarbonate construction for superior impact resistance
• UV-tolerant clear finish to maintain light transmission
• Sturdy flange to preserve seal integrity under vibration
• Recommended for typical road and campground conditions

What does installation involve and what comes in the package?

Installation is designed to be straightforward: the dome includes pre-drilled holes to align with standard RV flange patterns and comes with 20 screws for secure fastening. Basic hand tools are usually enough, and the product includes step-by-step instructions and customer support if you encounter fitment questions.

• Package contents: 1 skylight dome and 20 mounting screws
• Pre-drilled holes for easier alignment and fewer measurements
• Step-by-step instructions included plus customer service support
• Wear gloves when unpacking — packaging edges may be sharp

Does the clear option affect interior temperature or light level?

The clear dome maximizes natural light, brightening interior spaces for daytime comfort without altering colors. If you prefer reduced glare or softer light, Beleeb also offers smoke and white variants that filter sunlight intensity and provide more privacy.

• Clear option maximizes daylight and interior visibility
• Smoke and white alternatives reduce glare and soften light
• No added claims about insulation; primarily a daylighting solution
• Choose based on desired light level and privacy needs

Who is this for? The Beleeb 18" x 26" outer skylight dome is aimed at RV owners, DIY renovators, and maintenance technicians seeking a ready-to-install, durable replacement for standard 14" x 22" skylight cutouts. It’s particularly suited to campers, trailers, motorhomes, fifth wheels, and truck campers that need a resilient clear dome to restore daylighting and secure a weather-tight exterior. Confirm your inner dome depth before ordering if your unit uses layered skylight assemblies.
